Responsibility

  • Prospect and identify new B2B clients in the hygiene, industrial, or related sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, addressing their needs and objections.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in hygiene, industrial, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with cold calling and networking.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
