Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales projects to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in sales, project management, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
