Responsibility
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized consultations to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotions to offer expert advice.
- Test Drives & Demonstrations: Conduct professional test drives and product demonstrations to showcase vehicle capabilities.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements with a customer-first approach.
- After-Sales Support: Ensure a seamless handover process and maintain post-sale relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Market Research: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all sales paperwork, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales (automotive, retail, or B2C preferred), though fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Personality: Outgoing, confident, and customer-oriented with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
- Driving License: Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) is mandatory.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic digital sales platforms.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s automotive market and expat communities is advantageous.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
