Search Personnel is seeking a motivated Sales Executive (Hospitality Carpet & Flooring) to join our team in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung). In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to identify and capitalize on opportunities within Bali’s thriving hospitality sector. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their flooring needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals that enhance their spaces with quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the hospitality and interior design sectors.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including hotels, resorts, villas, and interior design firms, to promote carpet and flooring solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities in Bali’s hospitality and real estate markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including general managers, procurement teams, and interior designers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our premium flooring products.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client support.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client retention and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality, interior design, or construction industries.
  • Strong understanding of carpet and flooring products, or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a competitive market.
  • Experience in Bali’s hospitality or real estate sector is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel within Bali for client meetings and site visits.
