Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, caterers, and other food service clients in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in the region.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of food service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of client inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food service, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s food service market and key industry players is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali as required.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about food and customer service.
