Responsibility
- Process cash, credit, and e-wallet sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with cashiering policies and procedures, including daily reconciliation of sales and banking transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
- Mentor and train junior sales associates to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the store management team to ensure product availability.
- Drive sales targets by implementing effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring resolution in line with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling, credit card transactions, and e-wallet payment systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Leadership skills with experience in mentoring and training junior staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
