Responsibility
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach in Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and sales collateral.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, insurance, or direct selling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate agents.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
