Responsibility
- Develop and execute Local Sales & Marketing (LSM) plans to drive volume growth and profitability for assigned service stations.
- Provide operational and management support to dealers/stations, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess station operations, customer service, and brand representation, providing actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain) to align retail strategies with broader business objectives.
- Train and mentor station staff on best practices in sales, customer engagement, and safety protocols.
- Manage promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and local partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer retention.
- Prepare reports on retail performance, market trends, and competitive insights for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, fuel station management, or a similar role within the petroleum industry.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with LSM strategies, retail merchandising, and promotional execution.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions in Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
