Responsibility
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry databases, and networking platforms.
- Initiate and maintain contact with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest in our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos with decision-makers.
- Track and report lead generation metrics, including conversion rates, response rates, and pipeline growth.
- Assist in developing and refining outreach strategies to improve engagement and lead quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to continuously improve skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, lead generation, or digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
