Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned trade channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other trade partners.
- Monitor product availability and visibility in trade channels, ensuring optimal shelf placement and stock levels.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities and address any issues affecting sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the trade or retail sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
