Responsibility
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and move-in dates to secure agreements.
- Manage tenant inquiries, applications, and documentation to ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Maintain accurate records of property availability, leases, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants (e.g., online listings, social media, open houses).
- Follow up with leads and past clients to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
- Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and ensure high satisfaction.
- Stay updated on local market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of local property markets in Bali is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
