Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate public sector accounts (government, education, healthcare) in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify opportunities for Google’s productivity, collaboration, and cloud solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to C-level executives and IT leaders, showcasing ROI and business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, legal) to customize proposals and ensure seamless implementation.
- Stay ahead of public sector trends, policies, and funding cycles to align Google’s offerings with national digital initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide post-sales support, including training and adoption strategies, to ensure long-term client success.
- Document and share market insights, competitor intelligence, and best practices with the APAC sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Public Administration, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 2 years selling to public sector clients in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals (cloud/SaaS solutions a plus).
- Deep understanding of government procurement processes, compliance requirements, and digital transformation priorities.
- Strong technical aptitude—ability to discuss cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI applications at a business level.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Jakarta/Surabaya for client meetings.
