Responsibility
- Identify and target new industrial customers in Bali, with a focus on sectors requiring packaged gas solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in existing and potential client organizations.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the industrial gas, chemicals, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional local dialects are a plus.
