Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and food service providers across Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companyâs market presence in key locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Kuta.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate promotions, product launches, and delivery schedules.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive sales strategies and client engagement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
