Responsibility
- Conduct consultations with residential and commercial clients to assess their solar energy needs.
- Educate customers on solar technology, financial savings, and environmental benefits.
- Develop and present customized solar solutions and proposals.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, incentives, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in local events and networking to generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems (training provided).
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
