Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to track progress against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches tailored to the local market.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
