Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing HVAC clients in Bali.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate system recommendations and seamless project execution.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, technical sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
