Join Staffinc Group as a Merchant Engagement Canvasser for the GoFood App and play a pivotal role in expanding our merchant network across Bali’s most vibrant areas, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this dynamic field-based role, you will be the face of GoFood, building strong relationships with local merchants, restaurants, and businesses to onboard them onto our platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing food delivery options for thousands of users while driving revenue growth for our merchant partners.

Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential merchants, restaurants, and food vendors in assigned Bali regions to join the GoFood platform.
- Conduct in-person visits to explain the benefits of GoFood, address merchant concerns, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly targets for merchant acquisitions, activations, and retention.
- Collect and verify merchant documentation (e.g., business licenses, menus, bank details) to ensure compliance with platform standards.
- Provide training and support to new merchants on using the GoFood Merchant App, including order management and promotions.
- Monitor merchant performance and satisfaction, addressing issues promptly to maintain high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute local campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions, agreements, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or field canvassing (preferably in FMCG, fintech, or food delivery sectors).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local business landscape and merchant communities is a plus.
- Proficient in using smartphones and basic apps (training on GoFood systems will be provided).
- Own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license (company may provide fuel allowances).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
