Responsibility
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of electronic products.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable electronic solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure product visibility, stock availability, and promotional compliance.
- Provide accurate and compelling product information to address customer inquiries and overcome objections.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays, signage, and marketing materials in assigned retail locations.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic products (e.g., smartphones, laptops, home appliances) and their technical specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
