Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients (SMEs, logistics companies, corporate fleets) through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and present tailored Cartrack fleet management solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and pipeline management.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals, highlighting ROI and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, events, and digital strategies to boost brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Cartrack’s evolving product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or fleet management.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a remote or hybrid sales territory.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of fleet operations, logistics, or IoT solutions is highly advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
