Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients (SMEs, logistics companies, corporate fleets) through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and present tailored Cartrack fleet management solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals, highlighting ROI and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, events, and digital strategies to boost brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in CRM systems.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Cartrack’s evolving product portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or fleet management.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a remote or hybrid sales territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of fleet operations, logistics, or IoT solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
