Responsibility
- Promote and sell Home Credit Indonesia's payment products at partner outlets and through social media.
- Engage with customers to explain product features, benefits, and application processes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries or concerns professionally.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner outlets and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
