Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in the marine and offshore engineering sectors.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vessel owners, offshore operators, and engineering firms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and effective solutions for client needs, including vessel inspections and installations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marine, offshore, or a related technical industry. Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong technical knowledge of marine and offshore systems, vessel operations, or engineering solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, inspections, or industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
