Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate order processing, follow-ups, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems to track interactions and sales progress.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotions aimed at driving customer engagement.
  • Conduct product knowledge training for new team members and stay updated on company offerings.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and customer retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
  • Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the Bali market or willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
