Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning services or facility management industry.
