Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the food service sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including restaurants, hotels, and retail outlets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
