Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients in the IT sector, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and proposing tailored technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, and support) to deliver seamless project execution and client onboarding.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue while meeting client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking activities to expand PT KST’s brand presence and client base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the IT/tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions (e.g., software, cloud services, cybersecurity) and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and drive deals.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali or to client sites as needed.
