Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients in the IT sector, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and proposing tailored technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, and support) to deliver seamless project execution and client onboarding.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue while meeting client expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking activities to expand PT KSTās brand presence and client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the IT/tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions (e.g., software, cloud services, cybersecurity) and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and drive deals.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali or to client sites as needed.
