Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients in the enterprise training and digital marketing sectors across Bali.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored training solutions to key decision-makers, including HR managers, L&D professionals, and C-level executives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups, account reviews, and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, training) to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and high satisfaction rates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand OOmâs brand presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in corporate training, digital marketing, or related industries.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to travel within Bali for client meetings and networking events as needed.
- Passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends in corporate training and digital transformation.
