Responsibility
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and client visits, including travel arrangements and logistics.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the sales manager or team lead.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
