Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
