Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client pain points and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies, messaging, and campaigns for maximum conversion.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and OOm’s service portfolio to position solutions effectively.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or digital marketing sales, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web development) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
