Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and commercial clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase premium flooring solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wholesale and commercial sectors.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and tenders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade shows.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in flooring, construction, or interior design industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings.
