Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and commercial clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase premium flooring solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wholesale and commercial sectors.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and tenders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade shows.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in flooring, construction, or interior design industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings.
