Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new enterprise clients in Bali and Eastern Indonesia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and IT leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that address client pain points and drive adoption.
- Forecast sales targets and track performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM tools, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about technology and digital transformation.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali and Eastern Indonesia.
