Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct field presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to drive sales and build relationships.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Travel extensively within Bali to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and adjacent regions as required.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, CRM software, and market analysis is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to client locations.
