Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a sales team of 5-6 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to drive team success.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel sales strategies to generate revenue and achieve business growth targets across assigned sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Represent MediaCorp at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Sales Manager, Account Director).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel sales strategies, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
