Responsibility
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-potential corporate clients in Bali and across Indonesia.
- Conduct field sales visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., hospitality, tech, retail).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales pitches, proposals, and collateral tailored to client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline growth) using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand visibility.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or field sales, preferably in corporate or enterprise environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and pipelines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape or willingness to relocate to the region.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.
