Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets in the Sumatera market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Modern Trade (MT) channels, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive activities.
  • Train and support retail staff to ensure product knowledge and effective merchandising.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of managing Modern Trade (MT) channels and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Sumatera region.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
