Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets in the Sumatera market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Modern Trade (MT) channels, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive activities.
- Train and support retail staff to ensure product knowledge and effective merchandising.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of managing Modern Trade (MT) channels and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Sumatera region.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
