Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and present strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust account strategies.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, reports, and presentations tailored to client objectives.
  • Set and track KPIs for account performance, including retention rates, revenue growth, and client engagement metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the recruitment, SaaS, or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client retention.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret client data and market insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while managing multiple high-priority accounts.
  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market is highly advantageous.
