Responsibility
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and present strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust account strategies.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, reports, and presentations tailored to client objectives.
- Set and track KPIs for account performance, including retention rates, revenue growth, and client engagement metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the recruitment, SaaS, or tech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret client data and market insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while managing multiple high-priority accounts.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market is highly advantageous.
