Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and engage potential healthcare partners, including hospitals, clinics, and digital health platforms, to expand OptiMindHealth’s service offerings.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for healthcare innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to design and implement co-branded health programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Represent OptiMindHealth at industry conferences, networking events, and stakeholder meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value partnerships or contracts.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in Southeast Asia, including regulatory environments and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics to inform decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is a significant advantage.
