In this role, you’ll leverage your 3+ years of sales experience to identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients, positioning cutting-edge WMS solutions that optimize logistics and supply chain operations. Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the logistics, manufacturing, and retail sectors to pitch WMS solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct needs assessments and tailor solution proposals to address client pain points in supply chain management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our WMS solutions as market leaders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and ROI analyses to prospective clients.
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably in WMS, ERP, or supply chain solutions.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of cold outreach, lead generation, and closing complex deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of warehouse management, logistics, or inventory optimization challenges.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
