Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote corrugated asbestos sheets and related building materials in Bali’s key markets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, architects, distributors, and retail outlets.
- Conduct market research to understand demand, competition, and pricing trends for asbestos roofing products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report progress to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of corrugated asbestos sheets or similar roofing products (training provided for the right candidate).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a contract-based role.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word) and CRM tools for sales tracking.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
