Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales of heavy equipment.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our machinery.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to understand technical specifications and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or machinery industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
