Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in Bali’s key business hubs.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored product or service solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a related role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving targets.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
