Join Search Personnel as a Sales Coordinator and play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic sales and operations team. Based in beautiful Bali, you'll work closely with our IT company to ensure seamless coordination between departments, vendors, and clients.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our administrative and operational functions, handling everything from account support and HR administration to vendor coordination and compliance audits. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will contribute directly to the efficiency and success of our sales and operational workflows.

This is a contract position offering a competitive salary of $2,500 – $3,500 per month, along with the opportunity to work in one of Bali's vibrant locations. Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing accounts, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.
  • Assist with HR administration, including work pass applications, employee onboarding, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and resolve any operational issues.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the application and management of grants and funding opportunities for the company.
  • Manage general office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration, operations support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of HR administration, including work pass applications and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
