Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including restaurants, hotels, and retail partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in Bali’s culinary industry.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients, highlighting unique selling points and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports to management with actionable insights.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the brand’s visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
