Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve branch sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive customer recruitment and retention.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
- Monitor daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to align branch goals with overall company objectives.
- Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience in-store and through digital channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail management, or a supervisory role (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience in direct selling, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
