Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s competitive market, including corporate clients, SMEs, and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and KPIs using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s business landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
