In this strategic role, you will leverage your technical expertise in cooling/HVAC systems to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients in new construction, industrial facilities, and large-scale building projects. Your ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into tailored solutions will be key to your success.

Based in Bali’s dynamic business hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), you’ll collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver innovative cooling solutions that meet the highest standards of efficiency and sustainability. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand within the industrial and commercial construction sectors in Bali.
  • Conduct technical consultations with clients to assess HVAC/cooling needs and propose customized, high-efficiency solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless integration of cooling systems into new construction projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in industrial HVAC to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, performance reviews, and upselling maintenance/service contracts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential leads through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to stakeholders, including C-level executives and project decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ASHRAE) are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the HVAC, industrial cooling, or building construction sectors.
  • Deep technical knowledge of chillers, VRF systems, industrial refrigeration, and energy-efficient cooling solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably with large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret technical requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, with a client-centric approach and a passion for sustainable, high-performance building technologies.
