Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase JEC Technologyâs engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., manufacturing, automation, renewable energy).
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position JEC Technology as a market leader.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields) or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a similar role within the engineering/technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering products and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Indonesia to meet clients and attend industry events.
