Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-opening sales strategy to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and luxury tour operators.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales within the luxury hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in pre-opening hotels or major renovations is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
