Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales and promotional strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Conduct market visits and product demonstrations to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including market feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned territories.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field across assigned regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with the Bali market is a plus.
